Eric began his real estate career with Marcus & Millichap in 1993, where he spent six years working in commercial real estate. He later transitioned into residential real estate in Portland, Oregon, before bringing his experience to the Garden Island. Today, he assists clients with buying and selling homes and condominiums throughout Kauaʻi.
